Submit Water Meter Reading

You can submit your meter reading by speaking to an agent or our automated Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS).

Our agents are available to help weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.Note: Friday hours from July 10, 2020 through September 4, 2020 will be 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.

To use the IVRS, customers will need their WSSC Water account number. 
Through our automated Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), you can:

  • Pay your bill using a check or credit card; Speedpay (not WSSC Water) will collect a $1.75 convenience fee for each transaction for providing the service.
  • Split your bill into two payments
  • Place a seven day payment extension on your account
  • Enter a meter reading
