Apply for Emergency Customer Relief Funds
Eligibility requirements:
- Reside as an owner or tenant at a single-unit residential property
- Have a delinquent balance as of the date of application
- Meet at least one of the income or employment criteria in the following table

| >50% – 80% AMI | Up to $300 |
| Current/former federal employees or contractors financially impacted by recent federal government actions | Up to $750 |

If you meet the previously listed eligibility requirements, then you will need the following documents to apply:
- WSSC Water account number
- Copy of past-due WSSC Water bill
- Income verification documents such as:
- W-2
- Pay stubs
- Tax returns
- Bank statements
- Benefits letter
- 1099
- Court-ordered income
- SSI statements
- If applying as current or former federal employee or contractor, then you will need proof of employment documents such as:
- W-2 forms
- Pay stubs
- Government-issued identification
- Employment verification letter
- Copy of contracts and invoices
