During the workshop, scouts will meet heroines for water and learn about the work WSSC Water does to protect, restore, and conserve the region's water resources. By participating in six engaging stations, the scouts will begin to develop a love for water, understand ways to advocate for sources of drinking water, and brainstorm how to share what they have learned with their community. Girls will leave the day as leaders and advocates for their local water source.
Due to the popularity of this event, preference will be given to troops who are in WSSC Water's service area, Prince George's and Montgomery counties. Other troops will be placed on a waitlist.
