WSSC Adopts Amended Regulation Extending Length of Customer Pay Plans
Working to help more customers in this time of need, on November 18, 2020, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission adopted revisions to Chapter 3.25.140(a)(2) of the WSSC Code of Regulations—Billing and Collecting Water and Sewer Use Charges and Related Fees.
The revision to Chapter 3.25.140(a)(2) of the Code of Regulations extends the maximum length of a customer pay plan for customers who are not enrolled in the Customer Assistance Program from 24 months to 36 months.
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE REVISED REGULATION IS JANUARY 4, 2021
