Application Completion

Included is an application completion check off list for (1) graduating high school students, and (2) college and vocational students. Please review these requirements carefully to determine what information must be completed and included with your application.  It is the applicant’s responsibility to assure that the application is complete and all supporting documentation is included in the package. If the application is incomplete or any required attachments are missing, the application will be deemed incomplete and will not be considered.
