In order to provide a simpler interface for employees and to move away from maintaining data in two separate systems, WSSC has moved employee benefit data from Benelogic to Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB). In the past, employees have logged in to Benelogic to view or update benefit selections during Open Enrollment and throughout the year. This year, employees will log into WSSC’s “One-Source” and access the Self Service Benefits link to view and update selections. You can find detailed instructions on how to access the system and make updates on page 6. Even if you are not making any changes to your benefits, it is imperative that you log in to One-Source to review your benefit selections and dependent data to verify its accuracy. In the past, beneficiary data for Life Insurance plans has been stored in the Benelogic portal. This data was not brought into Oracle’s Benefits Self Service system. You MUST log in to enter beneficiaries for Basic and/or Supplemental Life Insurance plans. The Emergency Room copay will increase to $150. The member cost-share will increase by 1%.
