WSSC: Stealing Water & Public Safety

It happens more often than you may think... stealing water from fire hydrants. And, if you don't know how to properly operate a hydrant, you could damage it. That puts public safety at risk. Hear from WSSC Police Chief Harvey Baker along with Chief Marc Bashoor of the Prince George's County Fire/EMS Department and Chief Scott Goldstein of the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue about the importance of working fire hydrants and water theft. If you suspect water theft, call WSSC at 301-206-8888.
