Welcome to Women’s History Month and the latest stop on WSSC’s Diversity Journey!
Throughout March, we’re shining a spotlight on various women serving in a variety of roles at the Commission.
These women were chosen by their peers to share their stories because they inspire excellence at WSSC.
Who better to kick off this series than Carla Reid, the first woman to lead the Commission.
It was an internal audit that brought Carla to WSSC many years ago. The audit called for an engineer in the Meter Shop and Carla got that job. She says she soaked up some great advice from some great people early in her career, which ultimately helped her land the top job at WSSC.
Hear Carla’s story in today’s edition of Women Who Inspire... Excellence at WSSC.
