WSSC Water Extends Timeframe for Estimated Billing

Pursuant to authority granted by the Governor of Maryland, WSSC Water has temporarily extended the timeframe for issuing estimated bills for customers with inside and remote water meters. For the reasons stated in Resolution No. 2020-2250 adopted by the WSSC Water Commissioners at their monthly meeting held on May 20, 2020, WSSC Water may now issue estimated bills for periods longer than 6 months. 

Customers can contact us on 301-206-4001 to enter a meter reading using our Interactive Voice Response System or to speak directly with a Customer Service Advisor. For more information on how to submit a meter reading, visit: https://www.wsscwater.com/meter
