No Changes to Front Foot Benefit Rates for 2021

Public Invited to Provide Input via Virtual Hearing or Call-In Number

Laurel, Md. – November 13, 2020 – WSSC Water will hold a virtual public hearing on the proposed front foot benefit rates and house connection charges that are scheduled to take effect January 1, 2021. There will be no changes to the Front Foot Benefit Rates in 2021.

Front foot benefit and house connection charges pay for the construction of the water and sewer lines leading to the property and typically appear on the property tax bill for 30 years. To learn more, visit WSSC Water’s Front Foot Benefit and House Connections information page.
