Laurel, MD - December 11, 2019:  WSSC Water is experiencing intermittent phone issues. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to fix it.

Customers may experience a fast busy signal or connect with a customer service advisor but then be disconnected. If that occurs, your call will be returned. 

While we work to resolve this issue, there are several options to connect with our customer service team.
