WSSC Water Customer Service Center to Close at 4 pm on Tuesday, December 31

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Our customer service call center will close for the New Year's holiday at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 and will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 7:30 a.m.

As always, payments can be made anytime online and via our Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) on 301-206-4001. You may also pay your bill at our One Stop Center at WSSC Water’s Laurel office building until 4 p.m. Tuesday (12/31).

Our emergency call center and emergency crews remain on-duty and ready to respond. If you have a water or sewer emergency, please call our 24-hour emergency call center at 301-206-4002.
