WSSC Hosts Community Meeting in Prince George’s County
#InYourNeighborhood Open House Meeting Now Scheduled for December 6 in Fort Washington

Laurel, Md. – December 4, 2018 – Continuing a commitment to transparency and public outreach, WSSC is hosting their final #InYourNeighborhood open house meeting of the year on Thursday, December 6, 2018, in Prince George’s County. The meeting was originally scheduled for November 15, but was rescheduled due to inclement weather. The open house will provide opportunities for customers to ask, listen and learn about projects, programs and initiatives, including WSSC’s plans to implement a new rate structure in July 2019.
WHAT: WSSC’s #InYourNeighborhood open house meeting
WHEN: Thursday, December 6, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Southern Regional Technology and Recreation Complex, 7007 Bock Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744
Representatives from WSSC’s customer service, design/construction, utility services, finance, water quality and community outreach divisions will be at the meeting. The open house format means customers can attend at a time that is convenient for them. No formal presentations will be made. Customers with specific billing concerns are encouraged to attend and bring their most recent bill and valid government-issued ID.
