Upcoming Electrical and IT Maintenance This Weekend

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Laurel, MD - December 4, 2018: WSSC will be performing electrical work and IT maintenance from Friday, December 7, 9:00 pm through Sunday, December 9, 5:00 pm. During this time, customers will be able to make payments online only (bill viewing will be unavailable) through our Online Bill Pay. The automated 24/7 Bill Pay (Interactive Voice Response System) and Customer Service number (301-206-4001) will be unavailable during this time

Additionally, the following WSSC services will be unavailable starting Friday, December 7, at 9 pm through Sunday, December 9, at 5:00 pm.

  3. Inspection Scheduling
  4. Claims Manager
  5. IVRS
