Laurel, MD — September 14, 2018: From Friday, September 14, 2018, at 9:00 pm to Saturday, September 15, 2018, at 6:00 am, customers may experience intermittent access to our Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for payment via phone.  Customers may pay their bills online through our online bill payment service here. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you try IVRS, if needed, again later in the weekend.
