OFFICE OF COMMUNICATIONS AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Our customer service call center staff will be available until 4:00 p.m. today, July 3, 2018, to answer account and/or billing questions.  We will resume operations on Thursday, July 5, 2018, at 7:30 a.m. As always, payments can be made anytime online and via our Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) on 301-206-4001. You may also pay your bill at our One Stop Center at WSSC’s Laurel office building until 5 p.m. today.

If you have a water or sewer emergency, please call our 24-hour emergency call center at 301-206-4002 or EmergencyCallCenter@wsscwater.com.
