Ask, Listen and Learn at WSSC’s #InYourNeighborhood Open House Meeting on May 8

Laurel, Md. – May 4, 2018 – WSSC customers will get the chance to talk face to face with utility representatives when WSSC hosts their final community open house meeting of the spring on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at WSSC headquarters. Continuing WSSC’s commitment to transparency, public outreach and education, the meeting will provide customers the opportunity to ask questions about their water and sewer service and listen to details about ongoing and upcoming projects. They’ll also learn about WSSC’s proposed new rate structure, assistance programs, water quality, conservation tips and much more.

Representatives from WSSC’s design/construction, customer service, finance, lab and community outreach divisions will be at the meeting. The open house format means customers can attend at a time that is convenient. No formal presentations will be made. Customers with specific billing concerns are encouraged to attend and bring their most recent bill and government issued ID.
