WSSC is currently experiencing issues with the bill payment system. We are diligently working to resolve the matter. The Interactive Voice Response System is available 24-hours a day to place an extension on your account. During regular business hours a Customer Service Advisor will be happy to place the extension for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
At this time customers cannot make payments via the IVR until the issue has been resolved. Alternative options include the WSSC lobby and Global Express stations found in grocery stores; as well as 5-day payment extensions without penalties. Thank you.
