Please be advised that on Saturday, February 20, the main number for the WSSC Emergency Call Center [(301) 206-4002] may be experience intermittent outages from 8 – 10am. Should you experience a water or sewer emergency during this time, please contact the Call Center at 202-578-3590 or 202-557-9066. As always, the Emergency Call Center is available 24 hours. After this brief interruption, we anticipate to again receive calls via 301-206-4002. If you should need to contact WSSC Security, please call 202-740-2765.

If you are calling to pay your bill over the phone using the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), you may experience intermittent outages from  8 – 10am, please try your call again after 10am.
