Personnel Remain on Standby for Water and Sewer Emergencies

LAUREL, MD – December 30, 2016:  The WSSC Contact Center will close early at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, December 30. Night deposit, online and telephone bill payment options will remain available to customers.

Additionally, the WSSC Headquarters location in Laurel will be closed on Monday, January 2, 2017, in observance of the holiday. As always, our essential personnel will be on standby for water and sewer emergencies.

The Emergency Call Center, which is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, will remain open to receive information regarding WSSC water and sewer systems and to provide information on repairs and outages. Customers who need to report a problem should call 301-206-4002 or email EmergencyCallCenter@wsscwater.com.
