No phone payments during this time, online bill payment is still available

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Due to planned electrical maintenance work, WSSC will be without phone service this weekend, beginning at midnight, Saturday, November 14, and continuing through 11:59 p.m., Sunday, November 15, 2015.  

Our Emergency Call Center will remain in service and will continue normal operations. Customers experiencing a water outage or wishing to report a water main break or any security/police-related concerns, should call 301-206-4002. 

During this time, customers will not be able to make any payments using the Interactive Voice Response System. Phone service will resume normal operation on Monday, November 16, 2015, at 7:30 a.m. 

Limited online bill payment will be available where customers may login to make a scheduled payment, however no other online services will be available. Additionally, checks can be mailed or dropped off at the bill payment drop box located at WSSC headquarters in Laurel. 

Cash Payments may be made at any Global Express Center or Western Union Quick Collect locations. Convenience fees apply.
