  • Use the WSSC app to report broken mains and frozen outdoor meters. Download it now.

Please remember, if you have an indoor water meter and you suspect that it is frozen, please call a plumber. If you suspect that your household pipes are frozen, please call a plumber. WSSC is only responsible for outside meters and pipes as well as the connections to homes and businesses. You can also protect your pipes with our winterizing tips.

Note: Inspectors are working quickly to respond to all work tickets and restore service to our customers. We are asking for customers to please be patient. A normal response time is 2 -4 hours; we are exceeding that window at this time. Road conditions and the volume of frozen outdoor meter reports are extending response times.

Thank you again to our customers for their patience.
