Laurel – May 6, 2015 – Montgomery and Prince George’s County Councils will meet for the Annual Bi-County Budget Meeting Thursday, May 7, at WSSC Headquarters in Laurel. 
Lawmakers will consider the respective proposed FY16 bi-county spending plans for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), Washington Suburban Transit Commission (WSTC) and WSSC.
