Early Administrative Closures for Holiday Season

Personnel Remain on Standby for Water and Sewer Emergencies

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LAUREL, MD – December 21, 2015:  The WSSC Contact Center and Lobby Cashier Window will close at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, December 24, 2015 and Thursday, December 31, 2015, in observance of the holiday season. Night deposit, online and telephone bill payment options will remain available to customers.

 

Additionally, the WSSC Headquarters location in Laurel will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2015 and Friday, January 1, 2016. As always, our essential personnel will be on standby for emergencies.

 

The Emergency Call Center, which is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, will remain open to receive information regarding WSSC water and sewer systems and to provide information on repairs and outages. Customers who need to report a problem should call 301-206-4002, email EmergencyCallCenter@wsscwater.com or use the WSSC Mobile App.
