Contact Center Closing Early for Thanksgiving
Online and Telephone Payment Options Available

LAUREL, MD – November 24, 2015: The WSSC Contact Center will close at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2015, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Online and telephone bill payment options will still be available to customers.
Additionally, the WSSC Headquarters location in Laurel will be closed on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 in observance of the holiday. As always, our essential personnel will be on standby for emergencies.
The Emergency Call Center, which is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, will remain open to receive information regarding WSSC water and sewer systems and to provide information on repairs and outages. Customers who want to report a problem should call 301-206-4002 or use their WSSC Mobile App.
