Laurel – October 29, 2012: The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) will be closed again on Tuesday, October 30, 2012.  Essential employees are expected to report to work.

WSSC is following the Federal Government’s lead in closing our offices on Tuesdaycause of the continuing high wnds and heavy rain associated with Hurricane Sandy and for employee safety. Emergency personnel will remain on duty 24/7 to maintain service and deal with issues throughout our 1000 square mile service area.
