Summary

For Managing Developer’s Projects During Construction

WSSCWater uses the eBuilder software to track a developer-built project all the way from Pre-Construction meeting to Release for Service (RFS) to Final Acceptance. These projects include System Extension Plans (SEP), Developer Relocation Plans (DRP) Sewer Rehabilitation plans (DI) and Site Utility Plans (SU). If you are a developer, general contractor, utility contractor, geotechnical engineer, civil engineer or surveyor who is part of an active developer-built project that is in construction or soon to be in construction and would like to know how the eBuilder process works, then you may want to sign up for one of our following training classes.

  • Tuesday September 22nd from 9:00 – 11:00am
  • Tuesday September 22nd from 2:00 – 4:00pm
  • Thursday September 24th from 9:00 – 11:00am
  • Thursday September 24th from 2:00 – 4:00pm

This class will be presented by Hala Flores and Bryan Hall (Development Project Managers) and will include a live demo explaining each step of the process. The process tracks and automates the issuance of the Physical Acceptance (PA), Certificate of Substantial Completion (CSC) and Certificate of Final Acceptance (CFA) for all development projects. The demo/presentation will go over the different user roles, how to digitally upload documents and drawings, how to complete the forms, how to track the process history and construction progress, amongst many other features. We will explain each step of the process to give you a better understanding of how the new process works and your role in the construction process.

See the attached flyer for additional information.
