Contract Disputes, Complaints and Reporting of WSSC Code Violations

Please be advised that in regards to “Contract Disputes” the Commission shall have no responsibility nor shall the Commission pass judgment in any financial matters or other business-related controversy between the registered person and the public, under any circumstance.

This is noted under Section 104.8 of the WSSC Plumbing and Fuel Gas Code. Please check for the latest edition of the Code.

Complaints against a WSSC Licensed Plumbers, Gasfitters, or Sewer and Drain Cleaners or to report a Violation can be sent by email  inspectionsupport@wsscwater.com or Edward.Iames@wsscwater.com.

Please include the following information:

  1. Your name, address, phone number(s) and/or email address
  2. WSSC Permit Number(s) if they exist.
  3. A written description of your complaint including names of business and/or individual contractors, please include their contact information.
  4. Copies of written contracts will assist in our follow up.

In cases that may involve other County Agencies we will contact them directly or provide information for you to contact them directly.

Upon receipt of the noted documents will contact you directly.
