Govolution is an Internet credit card payment service
that provides customers the option to pay water and/or sewer bills
with their Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards using the Internet, or by
calling WSSC’s customer care agents at (301) 206 – 400l or
1-800-634-8400, weekdays, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. The website is secure,
and is owned and operated by Govolution.
When using the Internet, WSSC’s customers
can now pay water/sewer charges 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Customers access Govolution through WSSC’s Home Page
located at www.wsscwater.com.
WSSC does not charge for credit card payments, however Govolution charges
an incremental service and handling fee based on the amount of the charge.

Go to WSSC’s Home Page – www.wsscwater.com

If you want to pay more/less than the "Amount Due,"
type the amount to be paid in the "Amount to Pay" box |

Click on "Online Credit Card Bill Payment" |

The "Balance Total" and the Govolution "Service & Handling Fee" will be displayed |

Follow the prompts to pay your bill using your credit card |

To pay additional water/sewer bills, click on the "Pay More Bills" link at the bottom of the screen |

Notice the "View Fee Schedule" link for Govolution’s "Service & Handling" charges |

Payments will be posted to your WSSC account within 48 hours from the time the credit card transaction is completed.
If your payment is overdue and your services are available for disconnection, you must call our customer care agents at (301) 206 – 4001 or 1-800-634-8400, weekdays, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. to ensure your service is not interrupted while your credit card payment is being transferred to WSSC.
