Laurel, MD - June 15, 2023: We are investigating intermittent access issues that customers may be experiencing with the following systems and working to get them resolved.

  • Online Bill Pay (kiosk, web, mobile)
  • Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
    • ​customers will be unable to make/split payments
    • request an extension
    • enter a meter reading
    • request a plumbing inspection
  • Mobile Self-service Kiosks (bill payment only)
