Customer Service Center New Hours

Laurel, Maryland – June 7, 2023: The WSSC Water Customer Service Center will be open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm beginning Monday, June 12, 2023. 

One Stop Shop will be open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm beginning Monday, June 12, 2023.

The Emergency Services Center remains open at all times. To report a water main break or sewer leak, call us at (301) 206-4002.
