Prince George's County - WSSC & MNCPPC - Commissioners Removal
SUMMARY
The bill authorizes in Prince George's County, the removal of a commissioner of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission or a commissioner of the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission at the will of the Prince George's County Executive. It removes the requirement that the removal be subject to approval by a majority of the Prince George's County Council.
