Submitting plans to WSSC’s Development Services Group is now a lot more convenient. Since January 1st, developers have been able to submit Minor Site and Site Utility Plans electronically.

The advantages of submitting plans electronically are obvious:  no paper, no travel, no lost documents and different versions of the plans can be overlaid and all changes highlighted.  Other features include electronic capture of comments so you have a historical record of corrections requested, automatic e-mail notifications of progress and up to the minute Status Reporting (including checklist items “Met or Not Met”).
