RoundUp:  A Little Change, a BIG Difference!

RoundUp logo

WSSC is proud to launch “RoundUp,” a new program that offers customers a convenient way to contribute to the Commission’s Water Fund. The Water Fund helps our customers who are having a hard time paying their past due water and sewer bills. Ratepayers can now round up their bill payments to the nearest dollar, with the extra change being donated into the Water Fund.

Approximately 150 customers a year are helped by the Water Fund. With “RoundUp”, we hope to help more and more of our customers in need.

Remember, "A Little Change Can Make a Big Difference!"

Latest Update: Bi-County Water Tunnel

Bi-County Water Tunnel is moving into its next phase – boring a 5.3 mile tunnel (28,194 feet) that will house 84-inch pipe. The new pipe will connect an existing water main near I-270 and Tuckerman Lane to an existing water main in Rock Creek Park at Stoneybrook and Beach Drives. The connecting line will solve capacity and pressure problems during emergencies and droughts.
