Strategic Systems Management Office Director (Acting)

The Strategic Systems Management Office is responsible for serving as the day-to-day manager of enterprise-wide change to achieve business excellence for WSSC. The primary purpose of the Strategic Systems Management Office (SSMO) is to manage the WSSC Strategic Management System.

The Strategic Management System has three components:

1. Strategic Planning
2. Change Management and
3. Project/Program Management.

The primary function of SSMO is to provide business consulting services, including planning, business process improvement, program and project management, facilitation, coaching and organizational development to support WSSC’s strategic management efforts.
