Release of Liability (ROL) - This form releases WSSC from all claims and damages that may arise when restoring the water service.

We will ask for your account number or your service address.  In addition to your move out or settlement date, we need the following to process your final bill request: 
 

Tenant With Inside Meter:  Tenant With Outside Meter: Property Owner with Inside Meter: Property Owner with Outside Meter: 
7-digit meter reading  Request for final two days in advance  7-digit meter reading Request for final bill two days in advance
Forwarding address for final bill Forwarding address for final bill Settlement company’s name and mailing address Settlement company’s name and mailing address 

 

Other Notes:  If a sub-meter serves the property, please provide the 7-digit meter reading. 
If a readable remote is outside the property, please also provide the 7-digit reading.
