The SLBE Program is race and gender neutral. This program supports firms located in Prince George’s County and Montgomery County, in the State of Maryland.  Firms wishing to participate in the SLBE Program must complete an SLBE application and affidavit.  You can find more information about the MBE Program and SLBE Program on the SLMBE MBE/SLBE Program page.
