CREDIT/DEBIT/ATM CARd

Credit, Debit or ATM card payments can be made online any time at our Self-Service page.

 

Or, any time through our Interactive Voice Response System at 301-206-4001.

 

Or, by telephone, by calling an Agent weekdays at 301-206-4001 between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

 

Check payments can be made by accessing WSSC's  Mobile App; however, you must be registered at our Self-Service page to use this option.

Your Checking/Savings Account

E-Z Pay Direct Debit enrollment allows you to have your water/sewer bill payment directly debited from your checking or savings account on the date the billed charges are due. 
 
Successful enrollment in our e-bill program allows you to receive your "e-Bill."  All you do is authorize the payment date and amount.
 

e-Checks can also be posted at our Self-Service page.

 

Go Green provides an email notification to you when a new quarterly, monthly, adjusted or final bill has been produced and is ready to view.

 

It's fast, easy, SECURE, and saves postage. And it’s FREE when paid online.
