Please ensure that you submit one completed application for each position. Note on your application the specific job requisition number as well as the job title on the subject line of the email. Your application will remain in active status until the position is filled.

Due to the large volume of applications received, we are unable to personally reply to your inquiries either via phone or e-mail. This also means we are unable to respond to inquiries directed to WSSC staff on other teams regarding the status of individual applications.

Follow applicable instructions for submitting an application depending on the type of email service
- Via Internet Email Service (Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL, etc.)
- Via Desktop Email such as Microsoft Outlook
Identify the job title and job number in the subject line of the email. This will ensure the delivery of your application to the appropriate destination.
You will receive an auto response email from WSSC’s Human Resources Office acknowledging the receipt of your email.
