The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is pleased to offer you new and convenient ways to pay your bill any time of the day. No more waiting to talk with an agent during business hours. You can now access these payment options 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Through our automated Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), you can:

Pay your bill by check or credit card
Split your bill into two payments
Place a seven day payment extension on your account
Enter a meter reading

To use the IVRS, customers will simply need their WSSC account number. Of course our agents will be happy to help you Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For other comments or questions about your account, you can always reach us by email at cust-relations@wsscwater.com.

A little change can make a big difference

As you pay your bill, please consider rounding up. WSSC has a new program called “RoundUp,” that offers customers a convenient way to contribute to the Commission’s Water Fund.

You can now round up your bill payments to the nearest dollar, with the extra change being donated to help our customers facing hardships pay their bills.

Enroll to have your bill automatically rounded up
Check the box on each bill to round up as a one time donation
Sign up online at wsscwater.com

If every customer rounded up just 25-cents on each bill for a year, we could help hundreds of families.

An outside agency administers the Water Fund and determines whether applicants qualify for assistance. $300 is the maximum annual amount that any customer may receive.
