The WSSC is pleased to offer new and convenient ways to pay your bill any time, 24-hours a day, 7days a week.

Through our automated Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), you can:

Pay your bill using a check or credit card;*
Split your bill into two payments
Place a seven day payment extension on your account; and
Enter a meter reading

To use the IVRS, customers will need their WSSC account number. Of course, our agents are happy to help weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 301-206-4001, contact us online, or 1-800-634-8400.

* Speedpay (not WSSC) will collect a $3.00 convenience fee for each transaction for providing the service.
