Western Union is a secure Internet credit card and check payment service providing our customers the option to pay water and/or sewer bills with their Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit cards or check using the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Customers access Western Union through WSSC’s Home Page, www.wsscwater.com and should be aware that Western Union charges a $3.00 convenience fee for your payment.

Internet Credit Card Payment Instructions
| 1. Go to WSSC’s Home Page www.wsscwater.com |

5. The "Balance Total" and the $3.00 fee will be displayed
|
| 2. Click on "WSSC Bill Payment" and fill in the required fields (account number, last name, and zip code, then search) |
|
6. To pay additional water/sewer bills, click on the "Pay More Bills" link at the bottom of the screen.

| 3. Follow the prompts to pay your bill. |

7. Click on the "Home" link (bottom of screen)to return to WSSC’s Internet Home Page
|
| 4. If you want to pay more/less than the "Amount Due," type the amount to be paid in the "Amount to Pay" box. |

Thank you for your payment!
Payments will be posted to your WSSC account within 48 hours from the time your transaction is completed.
If your services are available for disconnection, you must call our customer care agent at (301) 206 – 4001 or 1-800-634-8400, weekdays, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. for a 5-day collection hold to ensure your service is not interrupted while your payment posts.
