Fair Practices Officer
The Fair Practice Office, which includes the Employee Liaison, is responsible for identifying, resolving and investigating employee issues as they relate to EEO and general employee communication concerns. The Fair Practice Office is also responsible for ensuring the Commission takes positive, results-oriented approaches to providing equal employment practices that are free of discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and/or harassment as it relates to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or any other protected status.
