Annual (Vacation) Leave
Regular employees receive annual leave based upon their length of continuous service. Regular part-time employees receive annual leave credit on a basis proportionate to regular full-time employees.

Sick Leave
Regular full-time employees receive 4.6 hours of sick leave every two week pay period, for a total of 120 hours (15 days) per year. Part-time employees receive pro-rated sick leave.
