Health Insurance

 

Annual (Vacation) Leave

Regular employees receive annual leave based upon their length of continuous service. Regular part-time employees receive annual leave credit on a basis proportionate to regular full-time employees.

Start date through completion of 3rd year 4.0 hours 104 hours (13 days)
Beginning 4th year through completion of 15th year 6.15 hours 160 hours (20 days)
Beginning 16th year and for each year thereafter 8.0 hours 208 hours (26 days)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sick Leave

Regular full-time employees receive 4.6 hours of sick leave every two week pay period, for a total of 120 hours (15 days) per year. Part-time employees receive pro-rated sick leave.

Employees receive the following paid holidays:
