Section 10-508(a)(13) to approve the May 16, 2012 Closed Session Minutes; and Section 10-508(a)(7) to receive legal advice on litigation, proposal for venue exemption, Amending County anti-discrimination codes to subject them to liability caps; amending Maryland Code to apply liability limits to constitutional torts and federal state local discrimination claims; and amending Maryland Code to permit multi- and bi-county agencies to petition the court to transfer a suit to another jurisdiction in which it operates, the Procurement Regulation Handbook and the Amendment to the Design Manual.
