Development Services
Access and download the latest forms and procedures to help you through the water and sewer extension process and the permitting process. Permit Services is now a part of the Development Services Group. Please click here to access the Permit Services forms and documents or Permits-on-the-Web (POW).

Regulatory Services
The Regulatory Services Group is responsible for implementation of a federally mandated pretreatment program and enforcement of the Plumbing and Gasfitting Regulations. The Group regulates industrial discharges into the sewer system, samples discharges from Industrial Users, conducts investigations, and responds to spills of hazardous materials entering the sewer system. In addition, the Group inspects the work of plumbers, gas fitters, septic haulers, and cross connection mechanics in the Sanitary District; and manages the fats, oils, and grease program, the cross connection control program, and the onsite and mechanical plans review processes.

WSSC Engineering Records/Information
Due to security considerations, potential contractors and subcontractors requiring access to WSSC engineering records/information - including bid documents - must first fill out the form on this site and go through our application process. Only approved individuals will have access to this information. If you plan to bid on such work, now or in the future, please click here for more details.
